  • Registration and Approval: You must complete all necessary registrations and obtain carrier approvals for your messaging campaigns as required under 10DLC guidelines.

  • Content Compliance: All message content must comply with industry standards and regulations, and must not include prohibited content such as spam, fraudulent material, or any content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.


6. Consent, Opt-In, and Opt-Out Procedures

  • Obtaining Consent: Prior to sending any SMS messages, you must obtain explicit written consent from each recipient. This includes clear opt-in procedures that inform recipients of the types of messages they will receive and any applicable message frequency.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: Each SMS message must include clear opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). You are responsible for promptly processing opt-out requests and ensuring that recipients who opt out are not sent further messages.
